BENTLEYS TOYOTA APPOINTS NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

Glenn Crease has joined Bentleys Toyota on Manchester Road, Warrington as Business Manager/Assistant Sales Manager. He brings to his role a wealth of experience in the industry combined with a standard of discipline and organizational ability that only 25 years in the Army would be able to instill. After leaving the Army and embarking on a sales and marketing degree at Greenwich University, he joined Charles Clark of Liverpool (part of the Hartwell group) in 1994 followed a year later by a Business Manager role at European Motor Holdings – Renault in Wrexham and then Ford Motor Company at Ellesmere Port.

After working across 5 sites as Business Development Manager for Ford, Glenn joined the team at VW Dane of Chester (European Motor Holdings) where he remained for 11 years and which was taken over by the Inchcape group in 2008.

His appointment at Bentleys is timed perfectly with Glenn's hands on approach to his role which a privately owned company like Bentleys is able to support. Explaining this, Glenn said, "The structure of a plc sometimes makes it difficult to devote as much time to the customer as I consider is necessary to forge the type of relationship needed to build confidence and trust especially when dealing with the myriad of finance options and legislation. Bentleys Toyota’s focus has always been customer first and I look forward to working with the excellent sales team."

Married with two sons, Glenn's interests are gardening and breeding tropical fish.
